Ystrad Fflur is a parish in eastern Cardiganshire adjacent to the borders with Brecknockshire and Radnorshire. It is located on the B4343 road between Tregaron and Ysbyty Ystwyth. Villages include Pontrhydfendigaid and Strata Florida. The population was 687 according to the 2001 census.[1]
