Information

The Mill of Morphie is a historic waterwheel on Morphie Farm in the very south of Kincardineshire.[1] It is built close by the Stone of Morphie, an unshaped extant standing stone.[2]

The River North Esk, which forms part of the border with county border of Angus, runs just to the south: the mill was powered by a mil leat running through the farm taken off the river and running back to it.
