Llanthewy Vach is a hamlet and ancient parish in Monmouthshire west of Llandegveth and east of Llanfrechfa. It forms part of the Usk Hundred.

A small stream called the Sor Brook divides it on the east from the parishes of Llangibby and Llandegveth.
