Teeton is a tiny village in Northamptonshire, six miles north-east of the county town, Northampton, and about a mile and a half from each of its surrounding villages; Spratton to the east, Ravensthorpe to the west and Hollowell and Creaton to the north.
Teeton stands at the end of a ridge between two streams, and this position gives it its name. which means 'Beacon'.[1]
