Lay-Brother Rock is a rock awash west-north-west of the Larsen Islands, off Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory.

The rock was roughly charted by Sørlle and Borge in 1912-13 and called 'Monigote Rock' (which means 'lay-brother rock'). It was further charted by Discovery Investigations in 1933 and named Lay-Brother Rock.
