Conception Point is the northernmost point of Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory.

The point was roughly mapped and named by Powell, 8 December 1821, after the Roman Catholic Feast of the Immaculate Conception. The point was re-charted by Discovery Investigations in 1933.
