Amphibolite Point

Amphibolite Point is a headland on the south coast of Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory.

The point was named following a survey by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy 1948-49, from the large exposure of amphibolite on the point.
