Pyxis Ridge

Pyxis Ridge is a ridge of nunataks – exposed rock peaks – in the Batterbee Mountains of Palmer Land, in the British Antarctic Territory. The peaks overlook George VI Sound,.running north to south and rising to about 3,120 feet above sea level, north-north-west of Mount Cadbury.

Following surveys by the British Antarctic Survey from "Stonington Island" in 1962-72, the ridge was named after the constellation Pyxis, in association with similar names in this area.
