Wall Rock rises to 3,215 feet at the north end of the Schmidt Hills within the Neptune Range, part of the Pensacola Mountains of Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory. It is four nautical miles north of Robbins Nunatak.

The hill was named after John Wall, a member of the USAF Electronic Test Unit, Pensacola Mountains, summer 1957-58.
