The Thomas Hills are a group of hills within the Patuxent Range of the Pensacola Mountains in Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory. They are at the north-west end of the range, between MacNamara Glacier and the Foundation Ice Stream. The highest of these hills reaches 3,428 feet.

The hills were named after Charles Sparks Thomas (1897-1983), Secretary of the United States Navy, 1954-56, during the early seasons of Operation Deep Freeze.
