Pillow Knob rises to a summit at 2,660 feet at north end of the Williams Hills within the Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains of Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory.
Following geological work in the area by the United States Geological Survey, 1962-66, this mountain was named descriptively.
