Mount Hook is a mountain of 5,266 feet above sea level which forms a mountainous, snow-covered projection from the east side of Saratoga Table, 5 nautical miles south-east of Sorna Bluff, in the Forrestal Range of the Pensacola Mountains, in Queen Elizabeth Land in the British Antarctic Territory.

The mountain was photographed from the air by the United States Navy in 1964. Following field work by the United States Geological Survey from 1965, it was named after Lieut. Richard M. Hook, the United States Navy (MC), medical officer, 'South Pole Station', 1969.
