McArthur Glacier is a glacier amongst the northern peaks of the Batterbee Mountains of Palmer Land in the British Antarctic Territory.

The glacier lies between the Christie Peaks and Swine Hill, flowing west into George VI Sound.

following surveys by the British Antarctic Survey, 1962-72, it was named after Alistair Hugh McArthur (b.1941), a British Antarctic Survey geophysicist at Stonington Island and Base Commander from 1967 to 1969.
