Mount Brice is a mountain rising to about 4,920 feet in the Behrendt Mountains of southern Palmer Land in the British Antarctic Territory.

The mountain was surveyed on the United States Geological Survey Antarctic Peninsula Traverse, 1961-62, and was photographed from the air by the United States Navy, 1965-67. It is named after Neil M. Brice, the United States Antarctic Research Program radio scientist at 'Camp Sky-Hi' (now 'Eights Station') in this area, 1961-62.
