Summit: 5,364 feet 75°11’21"S, 69°33’17"W

Mount Edward rises to 5,364 feet above sea level in the Sweeney Mountains in southern Palmer Land in the British Antarctic Territory.

The mountain was seen from the air by the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition on 21 November 1947, and named after Cdr Edward C. Sweeney of the United States Naval Reserve, a contributor to the expedition.
