Binfield is a hamlet on the east bank of the tidal River Medina on the Isle of Wight, in Hampshire. It is to be found to the north of Newport and south of East Cowes.

This hamlet barely exists as a name on a map, but it has a large marina by the shore of the estuary, a string of cottages beside the A3054 road, which runs from Newport to East Cowes and to Ryde, and a farm between the two.

The primary site of interest in Binfield is Island Harbour Marina, with the remainder being a number of farms and houses, particularly those running along East Cowes Road.
