Small Island is the southernmost of the Christiania Islands, part of the Palmer Archipelago in the British Antarctic Territory. It is one nautical mile long and lies three miles south of Intercurrence Island, the largest of the Christiania Islands.

The island was roughly charted by Hoseason in 1924 and named descriptively The island was photographed from the air and triangulated by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition in 1956.
