Johannessen Harbour is a sheltered anchorage lying to the east and north-east of Snodgrass Island in the Pitt Islands, in the northern Biscoe Islands within the British Antarctic Territory.

The harbour was surveyed in April 1955 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from a survey ship, the Norsel, which entered the harbour on 30 March. It is named after Captain Olav Johannessen (b. 1917), Master of the Norsel.
