Cave Crag is a crag running north-west to south-east between North Valley and Stejneger Peak and into Jordan Cove on South Georgia, Bird Island, of the west tip of South Georgia.

The feature is the site of wildlife monitoring conducted by the British Antarctic Survey science programmes and is named due to a cave located on the west side of the crag.
