Winkburn is a small village in Nottinghamshire, standing to the north-west of Southwell and north-west also of Newark-on-Trent.

The parish church, St John of Jerusalem, is a Grade I listed building.[1] The church was built in the 12th century. The tower was rebuilt in the 17th century, and the church was re-roofed in 1853.

Winkburn Hall is also a Grade I listed building.[2][3]
