The Rocca Islands lie on N side of the Woodfield Channel off the south coast of Adelaide Island in the British Antarctic Territory.

The islands were roughly charted as a single rock in January 1909 by the French Antarctic Expedition of 1908-1910, and named Rocher Roca or Rocher Rocca ('Rocca Rock'), after M. Rocca, a member of the French community in Punta Arenas at that time.

The feature was surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Stonington Island in October 1948, and further charted by a Royal Navy Hydrographic Survey Unit from HMS Protector in 1963.
