Croxton Green is a hamlet which consists of little more than scattered farms with no centre, in the heart of Cheshire. The nearest town is Nantwich six miles to the east. Bunbury village is to the north.

The hamlet’s farms are by the north-eastern edge of the Cholmondeley Castle estate.
