Barker Bank is a submarine bank extending north from Ula Point on James Ross Island into the Erebus and Terror Gulf.

The bank has a depth of at least 66 feet. Its limits are not precisely defined. It was charted from HMS Endurance in 1981–82 and named after Captain Nicholas J. Barker, who was in command of the ship.
