'Upper Hill is a tiny hamlet in Herefordshire, three and a half miles south-west of Leominster.
The parish church, St Peter's, is a mile away down the hill to the west in Birley, with which latter hamlet Upper Hill shares a civil parish ('Birley with Upper Hill'). The 2011 Census recrded a population of 339 in this parish.
