Upton is a hamlet on the craggy north coast of Cornwall, just south-west of Bude in the county's north-eastern corner. It is separated from Bude by the River Neet and the Bude Canal.

The village looks west onto the open Atlantic Ocean. It has no bay, beach, harbour nor sheltered water of any sort. Low cliffs drop down to the sea.

The South West Coast Path runs through the village.
