The River Lowman is a tributary river of the River Exe, running through Devon.
The river rises in the Brendon Hills in the north-east of Devon, and flows southwards through Huntsham, to Uplowman at the foot of the hills. From here it crosses the lower ground to a hamlet named Craze Lowman, then, passing beneath the A361, it enters Tiverton.
In Tiverton's town centre, the Lowman enters the Exe.
