Clyst Hydon is a village in eastern Devon, within the Cliston Hundred, four miles from Cullompton.

The paish church is St Andrew's.

The village hasd a primary school, Clyst Hydon Primary;[1] a pub/restaurant, The Five Bells;[2] and a sports club, Clyst Hydon Cricket and Sports Club.

From 1971–74 the village was the site of an artists colony which published the radical Beau Geste Press, a small press that worked in the lineage of the Fluxus and mail art movements.[3]
