Börgen Bay is a bay four miles wide, indenting the southeast coast of Anvers Island (close west of Bay Point, in the Palmer Archipelago of the British Antarctic Territory.

The bay was discovered by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition of 1897–99, and named by Gerlache after Karl Börgen, the German astronomer.
