Loch Feochan, looking seaward

Loch Feochan is a sea loch on the coast of Lorn in Argyllshire, opening into the Firth of Lorn. It is a narrow loch, squeezed almost to a close around Ardentallen Point before its mouth can open onto the Firth

Into the head of the loch flow two rivers, known as the Feochan Mhòr (or River Nell), which flows out of Loch Nell, and the Feohan Bheag, which carves a short glen, Glen Feochan.

The A816 Lochgilphead to Oban road runs along the south shore of the loch.
