Oldmill Island is an island in the River Tweed belonging to Roxburghshire. It is situated on the stretch of River below St Boswells, just beyond the stretch of water known as Collarhaugh Stream. The river here forms the county border with Berwickshire, but the border runs to the north of the island, placing it in the county of Roxburgh.

It derived its name from a mill formerly standing on the north side of the Tweed.
