Les Caches Farm is a heritage farm owned and run by the National Trust of Guernsey. It is found in the Parish of Forest on Guernsey.
The farmhouse is a simple, mid-19th Century Guernsey farmhouse and a barn of the same period.
In 1999 the Trust embarked on extensive and sympathetic restoration of the main house at Les Caches. As much of the original fabric of the building was preserved. The exercise permitted the Trust to learn and to teach the restoration skills involved in such a heritage project, which project continues.
In 2011 the Trust began a project to restore a ruined cider press or prinseau found in the barn at Les Caches.[1]
