Pictures in articles are all from Wikimedia Commons. The site links to Commons, so you just have to do [[File:File name|position|thumb|width|caption]]
In an article with an infobox it is simpler still: just add the lines:
|picture=file name - no 'File:' |picture caption=caption
Wikishire is getting big, and is a useful community resource. The more editors contributing, the better it gets, so don't stint on contributing.
