Trakhoni (Greek: Τραχώνι) is a large village lying mainly in the Western Sovereign Base Area of Akrotiri and Dhekelia, though the border here sweeps in a loop and the village overspreads it so as to be partly in the Republic of Cyprus. The village as a whole has a population of 3,294 according to the 2001 census.
