Cross Ash is a village in Monmouthshire, located on the B4521 Ross-on-Wye to Abergavenny road, some six miles north east of Abergavenny.
Cross Ash is situated in the north of the county. Nearby are the "three castles of Monmouthshire", White Castle, Skenfrith Castle and Grosmont Castle.
Cross Ash has a primary school which serves an extensive surrounding rural area.[1]
