The disused lifeboat slipway at Polpeor Cove

Polpeor Cove at SW700115 is a small, rocky cove on the west side of Lizard Point in Cornwall. On the other side is Polbream Cove.

The cove is at the very end of the Lizard, the southernmost point of mainland Great Britain, which extends just a few hundred yards further south in a rocky tongue emerging only at low tide. In Polpeor Cove is a disused lifeboat station.

The village of Lizard is just to the north; a track runs down to the cove from there.
