Lough Allua
Lough Allua is a freshwater lake in County Cork, on the course of the River Lee of which it forms a part. The lough lies beside Inchigeelagh, overspreading half a square mile.[1]
This lough is deep, 13 feet on average, sinking to 91 feet at its deepest. It is rich in fish: Lough Allua is a fishery for pike, salmon, Arctic char and trout.[2]
