Reptile Ridge, on Adelaide Island in the British Antarctic Territory, rises to about 820 feet above sea level and extends north-west from the vicinity of Rothera, in a direction parallel to the safe approach course to the ice airstrip.

The ridge was surveyed by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Stonington Island in 1948. It was photographed from the air by the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition of 1956-57, and further surveyed from the ground by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Adelaide in 1961-62. The ridge is named descriptively from its appearance when viewed in profile from north or south.
