Johan Harbour is a bay and anchorage on the south-east coast of the Paryadin Peninsula, which is South Georgia's north-western end. The bay is to the south-west of Undine Harbour, between Begg Point and Laurie Point.

The bay was called 'St. Johns Harbour' on early charts, later appearing on Norwegian whalers' charts with the more Norse form 'Johann'. The name 'Johan Harbour' has been long accepted following local usage.
