Sheep Island is a tiny island of Pembrokeshire, off the south coast of the peninsula which forms the southern jaw of Milford Haven, in the Parish of Angle. The island is barely separated from the mainland but sundered from it by an unnavigable channel of smashed rocks.
The top of the islet is unbroken grass.
