Eilean Mòineseach is a small, flat, uninhabited island in Enard Bay, on the wild Atlantic coast of Cromartyshire. It lies just two hundred yards off the coast of the mainland, and a little further from the main island of the group, Eilean Mòr: these islands are about four miles south-west of Lochinver
Across its 11 acres, Eilean Moineseach rises only to 52 feet above the sea.
