East Ginge is a hamlet in Berkshire, in the parish of East Hendred: East Hendred itself is a mile to the north. The hamlet is on the east side of the Ginge Brook, across which is West Ginge. Both of the hamlets have populations less than 30.
Immediately to the south is the ridge of the Berkshire Downs, and here an earthwork, Grim's Ditch is strung across East Ginge Down.
Ginge Manor beside the hamlet was the home of Annabel Astor, Viscountess Astor.
