Fulmar Bay is between Moreton Point and Return Point in the west of Coronation Island amongst the South Orkney Islands in the British Antarctic Territory.

The point was roughly charted by Powell and Palmer in December 1821; recharted by Discovery Investigations in 1933. Following survey by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey from Signy in 1947-49 and 1950-51, it was named after the Antarctic fulmar or silver-grey petrel (Fulmarus glacialoides) nesting in large numbers in this area.
