East Skeam Island is an island in Roaringwater Bay, County Cork, and which forms part of Carbery's Hundred Isles.
The island lies to the north of Hare Island, east of West Skeam Island, and west of Cunnamore Pier. It is uninhabited, though in past generations there was a small population.
