Castle Loch

Castle Loch is a freshwater loch in Dumfriesshire, in Annandale. On the loch's north shore stands Lochmaben, while on its south, on a promontory, stands Lochmaben Castle.

The loch is about seven miles east of the county town, Dumfries.
