Sgat Mòr and Sgat Beag are two small, uninhabited islands that lie just off the west of the Cowal peninsula of Argyllshire, at the mouth of Loch Fyne.
- Sgat Mòr lies at NR930666 at the mouth of Loch Fyne. The island rises just 36 feet (11 m) above sea level and is here stands a small lighthouse. The area to the south of the island is the deepest area of water in the Clyde area. Sgat Mòr is sometimes named Skate Island.
- Sgat Beag is a similar but slightly smaller island that lies 1,000 yards to the east, attached to the coast of Cowal at low tide.
