Balgedie is two hamlets, Easter and Wester, in the parish of Portmoak, Kinross-shire. They are situated at the foot of West Lomond Hill, a mile from the eastern shore of Loch Leven, ½ and a mile north-west of Kinnesswood, and about five miles by road east of the county town Kinross.
