Builth Hundred is one of the hundreds of Brecknockshire, adjacent to the borders with Radnorshire, Cardiganshire and Carmarthenshire. It is situated in the north of the county, bounded to the west by Cardiganshire; to the north and east by Radnorshire; to the south-east by Talgarth Hundred; and to the south by Merthyr Hundred. It had a population of 5,864 in 2011.
