Stench Point is a conspicuous point forming the western extremity of Zavodovski Island, the northernmost of the South Sandwich Islands.

The feature was named 'West Bluff' in 1930 by Discovery Investigations personnel on the RRS Discovery II, but the name has been changed to avoid duplication. The new name applied by United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1971 refers to the evil-smelling volcanic fumes emitted in this vicinity, and which are indeed noxious all over the island.
