Cladich is a scattered wee village in Argyllshire close by the south-eastern shore of Loch Awe. The Cladich River enters the loch here, just after being joined by the Archan River.
The village is to be found on the B840 road just to the west of its junction with the main A819.
In the loch by this spot lie a number of isles and crannogs, the islands including Inistrynich, joined to the shore just north of Cladich, and further out Inishail, once inhabited.
