Stickle Ridge is a ridge on James Ross Island in the British Antarctic Territory, rising to about 2,362 feet to the west of St Martha Cove and running in a north-south direction.
The weathered red lavas of the ridge were examined by British Antarctic Survey geologists during the 1985-86 season.
The ridge is named descriptively after the spiny nature of the ridge, the name confirmed by the United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee.
